Dr. Creech

Dr. Susan Burks Creech was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to her hometown in 2010 to practice dentistry. She believes that everyone deserves a healthy, beautiful smile. Dr. Creech enjoys developing relationships with her patients while helping them overcome dental anxieties in achieving ideal oral health.

Pam

Registered Dental Hygienist

Pam has been a dental hygienist for 36 years. She loves learning about new techniques and procedures so that she can offer her patients the latest dental care. Pam graduated in 1981 from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time Pam enjoys cooking and knitting. Pam and her husband, Keith, have two grown children, Brandon and Kristen.

Amanda

Registered Dental Hygienist

Amanda is a highly skilled dental hygienist who grew up and lives in Kingsport, TN. She received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from ETSU and graduated magna cum laude in 2012. She is a passionate dental hygienist who believes that maintaining good oral health is essential for overall well-being. Amanda has a natural ability to make her patients feel at ease and provides gentle yet thorough cleanings. Over the last decade, her commitment to delivering exceptional care has earned positive feedback from patients who appreciate her attention to detail and professionalism. Aside from her work, she is a devoted wife and mother of two boys who she loves spending quality time with.

Gina

Scheduling Coordinator

Gina attended Lincoln Memorial University on a softball scholarship. She graduated in 2008 with a B.A. in Kinesiology and Education. Before starting at Colonial Heights Dental Group, Gina spent six years as a middle school educator. After a successful career helping students, she moved to Kingsport with her husband and three children. She is excited to start her career in dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and painting.

Cherie

Registered Dental Assistant

Cherie has been a dental assistant since 1983 and enjoys helping patients overcome their dental anxieties and achieve a healthy, confident smile. Cherie is married to her husband, Drew, of 33 years with 2 grown children. She currently has 3 grandchildren and enjoys spending her time being their “Nana.” Her favorite activities include vacationing at the beach and spending time with her family.

Lisa

Office Administrator

Lisa received her dental assisting certification and Tennessee state board registration in 1981 from East Tennessee University. She joined our team in November 2011 as Office Manager. Lisa has over 30 years of experience in dentistry in the Kingsport and Johnson City area, where she has gained extensive knowledge about insurance and patient care. Lisa is married to Alan and they have one son, Parker. Lisa is a member of AADOM, a study group for front office administration.
