Dr. Susan Burks Creech was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to her hometown in 2010 to practice dentistry. She believes that everyone deserves a healthy, beautiful smile. Dr. Creech enjoys developing relationships with her patients while helping them overcome dental anxieties in achieving ideal oral health.

Lois

Lois has 19 years of Dental experience. She has her CPR, nitrous oxide Monitoring and Coronal Polishing Certification. She has also taught at Walters State Community College at Sevierville with the Dental Assisting Program. In her spare time she enjoys working with Dental Health Management Solutions to provide Dental Care for our Service Men and Women. When Lois is not working she loves the outdoors, and swimming with her Labradoodle, Oliver.

Dr. Lawson

Dr. Trevor Lawson is a native of East Tennessee. He was born in Morristown, Tennessee and graduated from Morristown East High School. He then went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from ETSU and then his DDS from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry. His senior year at the University of Tennessee, he was elected to the Dean’s Honor Society.

Cherie

Cherie has been a dental assistant since 1983 and enjoys helping patients overcome their dental anxieties and achieve a healthy, confident smile. Cherie is married to her husband, Drew, of 33 years with 2 grown children. She currently has 3 grandchildren and enjoys spending her time being their “Nana.” Her favorite activities include vacationing at the beach and spending time with her family.

Lisa

Lisa received her dental assisting certification and Tennessee state board registration in 1981 from East Tennessee University. She joined our team in November 2011 as Office Manager. Lisa has over 30 years of experience in dentistry in the Kingsport and Johnson City area, where she has gained extensive knowledge about insurance and patient care. Lisa is married to Alan and they have one son, Parker. Lisa is a member of AADOM, a study group for front office administration.

Pam

Pam has been a dental hygienist for 36 years. She loves learning about new techniques and procedures so that she can offer her patients the latest dental care. Pam graduated in 1981 from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time Pam enjoys cooking and knitting. Pam and her husband, Keith, have two grown children, Brandon and Kristen.

Amanda

Amanda graduated from Northeast State with a degree in dental assisting in 2009. In 2012 she graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree in dental hygiene. After working at a periodontal office in Nashville for 5 years, Amanda decided she wanted to return to Kingsport to be closer to family and the beautiful mountains. Amanda knew at age of 9 that she wanted to pursue dental hygiene. Her favorite part about being a hygienist is working closely with patients to help them achieve a healthy and beautiful smile that they can be proud of. While out of the office, Amanda enjoys paddleboarding, kayaking, mountain biking, volunteering and crafting. Amanda and her husband love to spend time with their family and stay active and busy.

Rachel

Rachel is a 2015 graduate from The University of South Carolina Upstate where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She is originally from Spartanburg, SC and joined our team in September of 2016 as our Patient Coordinator. Rachel loves to help others and meet new people. When she is not working Rachel enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, David.

Carolyn

Carolyn joined our team as a registered dental hygienist in November of 2015. She loves working with a compassionate team and also loves helping others and meeting new people. In her free time, Carolyn, enjoys running, reading and spending time with family and friends. Carolyn is married to Danny and they have to two kids, Taylor and Tyler. She has lived in Kingsport for 19 years with her family.
